Hotel prices change frequently; so please contact us directly by email at sales@catbasunrise-resort, within 24 hours of purchasing your hotel room.
Your email must be written in English and should always include the following information:
- Your full name;
- Your reservation number;
- The website where the lower rate is available.
Incomplete emails will be rejected.
The Best Rate Guarantee will only apply if:- a lower rate is available for online booking on another travel website;
- we can validate your claim (within the 24 hour period) for the lower online rate;
- the lower rate is in the same currency;
- the booking is not for the same day as your request for Best Rate Guarantee;
- the lower rate booking conditions are the same as the hotel booking. (Same check-in and check-out dates etc);
- the lower rate is for an equivalent room and at the same hotel;
- The lower rate will be matched only if the reservation is completed: the booking may not be cancelled or a no-show;
If the Best Rate Guarantee terms and conditions are not met, leading to
an unsuccessful claim then all the original terms and conditions of the
booking will remain applicable including the cancellation policy.
The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:- Hotel rooms purchased through or in combination with membership
rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs.
- Special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made.
- Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact hotel is not known until after booking.
